WeldWise is our first module, built to show how VALT works in the real world of welding. It captures the small, hard-earned details that experienced welders rely on every day, the kind of knowledge that rarely makes it into manuals.
For example, one of our seasoned welders shared a simple technique for managing an inconsistent root gap: running a short length of 1/16th TIG wire in the gap to help keep it consistent before welding. It’s a practical tip, learned on the job, that can save time, prevent defects, and reduce rework, but only if someone knows it.
WeldWise combines expert knowledge with equipment data and procedures, delivering real guidance when it matters most. And while welding is where we start, WeldWise is the first example of how VALT preserves experience and supports performance across all trades.
